I don't care

I have seen this trend, if I can call it a trend, for a while and first I couldn't understand why you would wear it. Because a cropped turtleneck is in my eyes a bit weird. I mean you wear a turtleneck to be warm but you make it cropped to be cool....
The more I saw it, the more I tought what the hell, it rocks.
